HOW DOES GABBY MEYER FIT INTO HER FAVORITE JEANS ALL WHILE MANAGING DENIMCRATIC? WE ASKED MS. MEYER TO GIVE US THE INSIDE SCOOP INTO HER DAILY ROUTINE.

"I TRY AND EXERCISE DAILY IN ORDER TO KEEP A CLEAR MIND" MEYER EXPLAINS TO DRN. "I ALSO EAT A LOT OF CARROTS. I RECENTLY HAD TO START WEARING READING GLASSES BUT I'M STILL CONVINCED THEY HELP YOUR EYESIGHT! 

EVERY MORNING, GABBY DRINKS ESPRESSO. WE ASKED HOW MANY SHOTS, AND SHE DECLINED TO COMMENT. THOUGH SHE DID TELL US, "I NEED SOMETHING TO WAKE UP MY BODY AND MIND BEFORE I GET TO WORK." WITH HER ESPRESSO SHE EATS AN APPLE AND SPOONS PEANUT BUTTER FROM THE JAR. SHE CLAIMS TO BE ALLERGIC AND EXPERIENCES MIDMORNING HIVES FOLLOWING HER MEAL. "IT'S A PROBLEM I KNOW." 

SHE USUALLY SNACKS ON SOME GLUTEN FREE PRETZELS IN THE MIDMORNING TO HOLD HER OVER UNTIL LUNCH. 

FOR LUNCH SHE HAS 5 PIECES OF SALMON SASHIMI TOPPED WITH A LITTLE WASABI AND A TOUCH OF GINGER, AND AN AVOCADO ON THE SIDE. AFTER LUNCH, MS. MEYER TAKES A SHOT OF APPLE CIDER VINEGAR, AND GETS ANOTHER COFFEE TO STAY ENERGIZED AND MUNCHES ON SOME MORE CARROTS.

YESTERDAY FOR DINNER, MEYER HAD GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST WITH A SIDE OF ARUGULA SALAD GARNISHED WITH TURNIPS AND SPRINKLED WITH SOME PUMPKIN SEEDS TOSSED IN OLIVE OIL AND BALSAMIC VINAIGRETTE. 

SHE SAYS SHE HAS A TASTE FOR MORE SAVORY THAN SWEET, AND OCCASIONALLY MUNCHES ON POTATO CHIPS AS A MIDNIGHT SNACK. "MMM SALT N' VINEGAR... HITS THE SPOT EVERY TIME."

"IT'S IMPORTANT TO KEEP A SCHEDULE" MEYER SAYS. "IF YOU GET YOUR BODY INTO A ROUTINE OF EXERCISE AND DIET, YOU'LL DEFINITELY BE ON THE ROAD TO FITTING INTO YOUR JEANS IN NO TIME!"
